Refund Policy
- Return items with all original
packaging, including price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, and invoices. - Luxon Lights and Decor will verify the returned products to confirm their eligibility for a refund.
- Products returned in a damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- The refund process will take 2-4 days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will replace the item and initiate a 100% refund upon receiving photos or videos of the issue.
- If you’re unsatisfied with the product quality, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, but you can modify the order for products of the same or higher value within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery within India takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location and may take between 7-14 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size of the product, and the delivery location. Charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor the status of your shipment via the link provided.
Delays: If there are any unexpected delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be promptly notified by our team.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and details. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
International Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival of the package.
